PhotoGrid: 25.782684/-80.130173, UNTITLED. Art Fair, 2013
The title of this publication refers to the exact coordinates of the UNTITLED Art Fair tent at Art Basel, Miami Beach, FL., which I photographed on the first three days of the tent’s construction. In reference to Sol Lewitt’s artist’s book Photo Grids (1977), I photographed the fair’s architectural foundation, and in doing so, examined the fair’s literal and conceptual footprint in sand.
